Vail, Colorado Swim Lessons

Coach Brook specializes in teaching personalized swim lessons to children and adults of all ages and abilities in Eagle, CO.  My goal is to connect with each swimmer in order to learn how to best meet their individual needs, and guiding them to become safe, confident and successful swimmers in the water.  Funfilled lessons are created to keep my swimmers engaged and challenged to improve their swimming skills.  I love to see my swimmers succeed and celebrate progress with lots of smiles, cheers, and high-fives!

Swimming is a life skill that should be taught at an early age.  The sooner a child feels confident in the water the better.  The AAP (American Academy of Pedeatrics) states "children need to learn to swim and new evidence shows that children 1 to 4 years old are less likely to drown if they have had formal swimming instructions."
